By this Civil Application, Applicant Insurance Company is seeking condonation of 52 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 08.10.2014 passed by the MACT, Solapur in MACP No. 63 of 2010 holding that Respondent original Claimant is entitled to sum of Rs.1,91,500/ by way of compensation with interest @ 7.5% p.a.
Though the Respondents are duly served, there is no affidavitinreply to oppose the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order is passed:

c) No order as to costs.
