2] Learned counsel for the Petitioner has moved this Court for speaking to the minutes of the judgment dated 10th April 2019. He submits that in the said judgment, on page No.4, in 4th line from top in paragraph No.6, the words "three years" be replaced with "three weeks".
3] This Court has however noticed that in the said judgment there are some more typographical errors which need to be corrected. The said typographical errors are corrected as under : BGP. 1 of 3
i) In second line of para 4, after the word 'herein' and before the word 'personally' the word "in" is substituted by the word 'is". The relevant portion of the said paragraph shall now read as under : 4] Mr. Suryakant Balavant Patil, Education Officer (Secondary), Solapur, Respondent No.2 herein is personally present in the Court.
ii) In para 10, in first line, the word "spacious" is substituted by the word "specious". The relevant potion of para 10 shall now read as under: "10] In that view of the matter, the specious stand taken by the Respondent - Management ........"
iii) In para 11, in first line, the word "is" is substituted by the words "to be", in the fourth line the word "completes" is substituted by the word "completed" and in the same line full stop is inserted after the word "service". In the fifth line of para 11 before the word within the words "It must be done" are added and in the last line of para 11 in place of he word "deem" the words "is deemed" are substituted. The para 11 with aforesaid corrections shall now read as under: 11] In that view of the matter, the Petition BGP. 2 of 3
deserves to be allowed. The Respondent No.4 is directed to submit the proposal to Respondent No.2 for grant of senior scale to the Petitioner from the date on which the Petitioner completed twelve years of service. It must be done within 15 days from the date of uploading of this order. In the event, Respondent No.4 fails to do so, he shall be liable for such action as is deemed appropriate by this Court"
3] The judgment dated 10th April 2019, is corrected accordingly.
