By Order dated 8th February 2023, this Court has already allowed the Writ Petition in terms of paragraph 23(ii) and allowed Application filed by the Petitioner seeking permission to carry out construction on 15th December, 2008. This Court however made it clear that the Respondent shall grant permission to the Petitioners, if all other requisitions are complied with within four weeks from the date of order without fail.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner tendered a copy of order dated 6th March 2023 passed by the Collector, Satara, rejecting the Application filed by the Petitioner on various grounds. He seeks to withdraw the said Petition impugning the said order. In view of the said Order, the Petitioner to make a

2 / 2 15-wp-4044-2016.doc representation to the Respondent and if the same is not considered, the Petitioner is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings permissible under law.
