The petitioner-original plaintiff is challenging the judgment and orders passed by the Appellate Court rejecting the petitioner's temporary injunction application. The impugned order rejecting application for temporary injunction is dated 9 February 2018. Since 9 February 2018, there is no injunction running in favour of the petitioner. Hence, no interference in the impugned orders is called for. The writ petition is dismissed.

However, all contentions raised by the parties are kept open to be agitated at the time of hearing of the suit. 3.

The Trial Court shall decide the suit uninfluenced by the observations made in the impugned orders.
