Interim Application has been preferred seeking further extension of time which was granted by this Court vide order dated 2nd May 2023 passed in Interim Application No.16749/2022 for removal of office objection.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that all office objections were removed. However fresh objection as regards the Court fees was taken out by the department which remained to be complied. 3.

Let all office objections be removed within a further period of two weeks. It is made clear that if office objections are not removed rsk 1 of
