Heard Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

Petitioner-Plaintiff, instituted RCS No. 249 of 2000 for seeking declaration that sale deeds dated 11th February, 2000, 2nd September, 2000, 23rd May, 2000 and 12th April, 2005 being null and void are not binding on him and/or his share in the suit property. Though suit was instituted in 2000, whilst under cross examination, he moved an application in 2019 to implead his sisters as defendants. In consideration of the facts of the case and having regard to kind of lis and reliefs sought, the Trial Court rejected the application. Reason being the impleadment of plaintiff's sisters as defendants would of no assistance for

Tikam 2/2 14- WP 6442 of 2019 effective and complete adjudication of questions involved in the suit. For all that, I do not see any reason to interfere with the order. The petition is dismissed.
