The Principal being the senior-most teacher in the institution where she was employed pleads that on account of dispute concerning Management resultant issue arose as to who would

Prayer made is that the Government officials be directed to forthwith grant approval to her for the post of Principal and she be paid salary accordingly. Aged 52 years when the Petition was filed in the year 2002 the Petitioner has obviously superannuated. The Petition is disposed of as infructuous. However if any benefits were accorded to the Petitioner as a Principal in view of the order dated 6 May 2003 passed by the learned Single Judge in the instant Petition, the same shall not be withdrawn or the refund thereof sought. Pending Applications are disposed of as infructuous.
