Perused the urgent application as also Supreme Court's order dated 28.03.2016 and this Court's order dated 11.07.2022. 4.

On perusal of the above pleadings it is clarified that in view of the

P-1.CA.2604.16.doc directions given by the Supreme Court directing the concerned Authority to disburse the amounts as per the said order, the Registry is directed to transfer the amounts held by this Court to the concerned Authority i.e. Collector, Kolhapur. The particulars for receiving of payment through ECS/NEFT by the Collector, Kolhapur are given in the letter dated 22.02.2023. It is clarified that these amounts were deposited in Writ Petition No. 4539 of 2011. Permission to break the Fixed Deposit receipts is hereby granted to the Registry. 5.

It is clarified that the Collector, Kolhapur shall disburse the aforesaid amounts in accordance with the directions given in the Supreme Court's order dated 28.03.2016 within a period of four weeks from today.
