CORAM

:

A. M. BADAR, J.

DATE :

8th JUNE 2018 P.C. :

Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant/First Informant. Perused the impugned judgment as well as evidence of PW4 Sabaji Mullik. He is an eye witness to the incident in question and has deposed about destruction of the plate and applying white colour to the board of the temple. Prima facie, it appears that the impugned judgment and order of acquittal is perverse.
