The Trial Court dismissed the Regular Civil Suit No.2 of 2005 claiming the title over the suit property and for mandatory injunction to demolish a wall constructed. The Trial Court has held that the gift deed has not been proved on the basis of which, the ownership is claimed. The Lower Appellate Court concurred with this finding . 2.
