Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that this Court (Coram: Anuja Prabhudessai, J) has passed order dated 10th August, 2023 directing the learned APP to verify whether the case arising from Crime No. 738 of 2018 is registered as MCOC Case No. 21 of 2019 or MCOC Case No. 5 of 2020.

Considering the statement of learned APP the case number mentioned in order 2nd August, 2023 should be corrected as MCOC Case No. 5 of 2020.
