This is an application for condonation of delay of 1 years and 90 days in filing Second Appeal. By order dated 3.12.2014, Rule was issued. Mr Shah states that respondent no.1A to 1F being original plaintiffs, are the only contesting respondents. Mr. Bhosale has opposed the application.

In view thereof and for the reasons

2/2 CAS/914/2014 stated in the application which are not controverted, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayers clause (a) and (b) with no order as to costs.

Amendment in the main Appeal shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
