The present Civil Revision Application takes exception to order dated 10th January 2013 and 11th March 2013 passed by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Kolhapur below Exhibit 13 and 26 in Regular Civil Suit No.2121 of 2012. The suit was filed seeking decree of injunction against Applicant. The Applicant had filed an application below Exhibit 13 under Order 7 Rule 11(b) of Code of Civil Procedure for rejection of plaint, which was rejected on 10th January 2013. The similar application filed at Exhibit 26 was also rejected on 11th March 2013. Hence, present Writ Petition is filed. Meanwhile, Regular Civil Suit No.2121 of 2012 has been dismissed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kolhapur by Judgment and Decree dated 1st November 2023.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives for further consideration in present Civil Revision Application. Hence, Civil Revision Application is disposed of as infructuous, keeping all points and contentions open for consideration by appropriate Court at appropriate stage.
