None appears for the Respondents, there is no reply filed to the present Civil Application. I have heard learned counsel for the Applicant and I have gone through the contents of the application. I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case to allow this Application. Hence, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
