Mr. Sudhakar Pandaram, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the appellant has not raised any statutory defence. He prays that the notice to respondent no.6 be dispensed with. In the light of above statement, notice to respondent no.6 is dispensed with. 2.

By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 55 days in filing the appeal.

Having considered the reasons stated in paragraph 3 of the application, which in my considered view, constitute sufficient ground, delay is condoned. Appeal be registered after removal of office objections, if any.
