Petitioner's grievance is that the order dated 11 July 2019 is has not complied with.

Learned counsel for Zilla Parishad states on instructions of Ms. Anuradha Mhetre, Education Officer that the Zilla Parishad has complied with their part of obligation under the order and it is for the State Government to take steps.

At the request of learned AGP stand over to 3 July 2024.

We are granting a longer date to enable the State to comply with the order, failing which the Court may proceed under contempt jurisdiction.
