The applicant/appellant has filed this application through jail, seeking withdrawal of his appeal being Criminal Appeal No. 337 of 2016. However, it appears that vide order dated 6th April 2018, the permission was refused, since the appeal was admitted and accordingly, the application was directed to be heard along with the appeal at the time of final hearing.

The appeal is disposed of by a judgment passed in open Court today.
