The order dated 24­3­2015 passed by the Learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Khandala, partly allowing the application for amendment of the plaint, is taken exception to by way of the above Petition. Having regard to the amendments which are permitted to incorporated by the impugned order as also having regard to the amendments which are rejected by the impugned order and the reasons therefor. In my view, no case for interdiction in the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
