The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that their Application for compensation dated 22.03.2018 is pending with the Collector, Solapur, same is not decided till today. He submits that this court by order dated 9.2.2018 in Civil Application No.75 of 2018 specifcally held that whenever such type of Applications are made, same be decided as early as possible but in any case within a period of three months.

In view of these facts, the learned A.G.P. submits that they will decide the Applicant's Application dated 22.03.2018 as early as possible. Hence, following order is passed: a.

Collector, Solapur is directed to decide Applicant's Application dated 22.03.2018 on its own merits after hearing both the sides on or before 29.02.2020.

The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
