By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction against the respondents to execute and implement the possession warrant dated 22.3.2018 issued by respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in respect of the property bearing City Survey No. 91 area admeasuring 64.80 sq mtr situated at Pethvadgaon,

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present petition, respondent Nos. 1 to 3 handed over the vacant and peaceful possession of the suit property to them on 4.10.2018. In support of this, he placed on record the possession receipt dated 4.10.2018 which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this way, Writ Petition is worked out. In view of these facts, the following order is passed:- a.

Writ Petition stands disposed of in view of the subsequent developments that respondent Nos. 1 to 3 executed the order dated 22.3.2018.

No order as to costs.
