1] Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as learned AGP for the State. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners have sought to challenge the order dated 6th November, 2015 under Exhibit B, and the same has been challenged by the Petitioners in Appeal No.29 of 2019 before Respondent No.2Divisional Joint Registrar. 2] Learned AGP for the State submits that Appeal at Exhibit E has been erroneously recorded as Revision Application and on instructions she submits that the said Appeal will be disposed off within a period of three months.

(501)WP-4829-19.doc 3] Consequently, we dispose off Writ Petition No.4829 of 2019 directing Respondent No.2Divisional Joint Registrar to dispose off the Appeal within a period of 13 months as undertaken. We, further, direct that, in the event, any decisions are taken by Respondent No.1 Bhartiya Nagari Sahakari Pat Sanstha Thru Liquidator Shri Amol Dafale, they shall remain subject to the outcome of Appeal No.29 of 2019.
