In the light of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5058 of 2021 (Maharashtra Rajya Shaikshanik Prayogshala Karmachari Mahasangh and another Versus State of Maharashtra and others) alongwith Interim Application No.1213 of 2024 in Writ Petition No.5058 of 2021 and Writ Petition No.8007 of 2021 (Raigad Zilla Madhyamik and Uccha Madhyamik Shala Shikshaketar Karmachari Sangha through Its Secretary Versus State of Maharashtra and others) on 6th February, 2024, proposal dated 30th December, SHRIKANT HALKUDE Date: 2025.09.18 10:53:35 +0530 SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE

12-WP-7975-2024.doc 2023 ["Exhibit H"] at Page No.43 of the Petition which was submitted by Respondent No.7 - Headmaster, Navbharat High School and Junior College, Bharne in respect of the Petitioner needs to be revisited by Respondent No.5 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ratnagiri. Respondent No.5 - The Education Officer (Secondary) is, therefore, directed to take a decision on the proposal for approval to the appointment of the Petitioner afresh on its own merits and in accordance with law after hearing the Petitioner. 3.

The Petitioner to appear before Respondent No.5 - Education Officer (Secondary) on 29th September, 2025 at 11.00 a.m alongwith the copy of this order. Decision on the proposal be taken by Respondent No.5 - Education Officer (Secondary) afresh on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from 29th September, 2025. In case, approval is granted, Shalarth I.D be issued in favour of the Petitioner within a period of six weeks thereafter.
