In pursuance of Order dated 9th June 2022 the appointed Advocate Mr. Sambhaji Kharatmol has filed typed Memo of Petition. It is the grievance of Petitioner that, his name from Remission Register has been permanently removed by the Competent Authority as he was required to be arrested by the Police and lodged to the jail by 2069 days delay when was released on parole leave.

Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Superintendent, Kalyan District Prison, Kalyan submitted that, in view of guidelines issued by the 1/2 SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner as of today does not survive. Petition is accordingly disposed off. 4.

In view of disposal of Petition, Interim Application No. 3242 of 2021 does not survive and is also disposed off.
