Solapur Municipal Corporation has already issued a notice to the Respondent No.3, being notice dated 14th May 2019 for removal of unauthorized construction. Copy of the said notice is at page 32 (Exhibit C) to the petition.

It is the grievance of Petitioner that despite issuance of notice for removal of unauthorised construction, Solapur Municipal Corporation has not taken any efective steps. There is no legal impediment in implementing the notice issued to Respondent No.3. This petition, therefore, can be disposed of by directing the Respondent-Corporation to take the notice dated 14th May 2019 to its Patil-SR 1 of

41 Wp-13022-2022.doc logical end in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Ordered accordingly.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner undertakes to communicate this order to the Respondent-Corporation and to furnish copy of this petition.
