The Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the orders passed by the District Cooperative Election Officer rejecting the objection raised by the Petitioner to the acceptance of the nomination of the Respondent No.1 in each of the above Petitions. Having regard to the fact that the election programme is at the last stage and where only voting remains to be done, which is to take place on 05.05.2015, there is no BGP.
WP-4441 & 4452-15.doc 30.04.2015 warrant to interdict in the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court. The Writ Petitions are accordingly dismissed. However, it would be open for the Petitioner to adopt appropriate proceedings, if the occasion so arises after the elections are over.
