By this Application, the Applicants-original claimants have sought withdrawal of the compensation deposited by the Appellant - Insurance Company. The Applicants have already withdrawn 50% of the compensation with proportionate interest.

Considering the fact that the Appeal itself can be decided finally and in view of the grounds raised in the Appeal memo, I am not inclined to allow further withdrawal at this stage.
