At the outset, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 states that the proceedings before the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur, have come to an end, inasmuch as, the final orders were reserved by the Deputy Charity Commissioner on 31st August, 2018.

Considering the aforesaid development, nothing survives for consideration in this Petition. The same is disposed of accordingly. 4.
