serve if Respondent No.4 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct Respondent No.4 to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 12.04.2023 and also the new representation dated 03.10.2023 made by Petitioner No.1 Maruti Pandurang Misal and also other petitioners, if any, in the light of the new Government Resolution dated 27.09.2023 in accordance with law at the earliest and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
