Counsel for the applicant states that during pendency of this application the charge­sheet is now filed and therefore he wishes to approach the Sessions Court Ichalkaranji at Kolhapur for the same relief. Therefore, application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to approach the Sessions Court Ichalkaranji at Kolhapur for the same relief. Liberty as prayed for is granted.
