This matter is moved by way of praecipe for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 08.12.2015. Mr. Patil submitted that name of the applicant is shown as 'Vishal' instead of 'Vithal' and to that extent, order deserves to be modified.

In view thereof, name of the applicant "Vishal", in the order dated 08.12.2015, shall stand substituted by "Vithal". Order stands corrected accordingly. Rest of the order remains as it is.
