This Application is filed in the year 2019. The record shows that no efforts were taken by the learned counsel for the Applicant to get the matter listed on board for about five years.

Learned APP informs the Court that after filing of this Application, the charge-sheet was filed, the competent Court has taken cognizance and even the charges are framed on 1.7.2023. All this is not pointed out to the Court by learned counsel for the Applicant for an inordinate period when the matter was pending since long and even after framing of the charges. Today nobody appears for the Applicant. Therefore, in this situation, the Application is dismissed.
