The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant/accused was admitted in the hospital for treatment of neuro problem from 10th July, 2015 to 15th July, 2015 and hence, he seeks extension of interim protection.

In view of this, by way of last chance, interim protection is granted till 30th July, 2015. Affidavit tendered before this Court by the learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record.
