The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the proposal is given in the year 2012 seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner. Same is not yet decided. In case the proposal (Page 36 to the Writ Petition) filed by the Headmaster seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner, as claimed by the Petitioner is pending with the Education Officer, the Education Officer shall take decision on its own merits in accordance with the rules and policy, preferably within three months.
