DATE : 4 AUGUST 2022 P.C. :- This is a Petition through Jail for pre-mature release. The learned APP states that the Petitioner has been released from the jail after completion of his sentence on 11 March 2022. 2.

Even otherwise, we note that the Petitioner had attempted to escape from the prison by preparing a rope out of the bed-sheets and after stealing an iron rod from the workshop and making a hook thereof and therefore, the Petitioner was removed from the remission register.
