This petition is filed for quashing the proceedings of C.R.No.I81 of 2014 registered with Kadegaon Police Station, District Sangli, by consent.

It is submitted that the investigation is completed and chargesheet is filed before the concerned magistrate and, thereafter, the case is committed to the Sessions Court. Respondent No.4-victim is in custody in relation to C.R.No.I-82 of 2014 registered with Kadegaon Police Station, District- Sangli. Therefore, we directed the concerned Jailor to produce respondent No.4 before us. Respondent No.4 is, accordingly, produced before us, and on being queried specifically, he stated that he is not giving his consent for quashing the proceedings of C.R.No.1-81 of 2014.
