Petitioner-complainant in Criminal Misc. Application No.74/2015 is before this court with grievance that despite orders dated 21.8.2015 passed by the J.M.F.C. Chiplun no further steps have been taken. 2.

Learned APP is seeking time. She points out that matter has remained pending without any effective order in this court since April, 2016.

After hearing respective counsel we find that in normal circumstances after directions under Section 156(3) of the Criminal - Page-1/2

Nalawade 45-wp-1671-16.doc Procedure Code, FIR should have been registered and some report should have been submitted to Trial Court by Investigating Officer. 4.

In this situation we are inclined to dispose of the matter with following directions which shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents in the case.

We direct the Investigating officer to submit suitable report to Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chiplun within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
