The Applicants are admitted to interim protection by order dated 19/05/2021, recording that the allegations in the C.R. are hinted at the main accused Anil Jadhav and he has been admitted to anticipatory bail and, therefore, the Applicants were also held entitled for protection.

Today, Ms. Shinde, learned A.P.P. states that the Applicants have co-operated with the investigation. She further states that the said interim order can be made absolute subject to a AJN

Accordingly, the order dated 19/05/2021 is made absolute subject to imposition of an additional condition that the Applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer on Monday and Friday between 10.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. for a period of two weeks and, thereafter, as and when called for by the Investigating Officer.

The Application is disposed of.
