Since the Applicant is armed with an amount of Rs. 75,000/­ in compliance with the order passed by this Court on 21st August 2017 in Criminal Bail Application No. 410 of 2017, the Applicant is permitted to deposit the said amount in this Court, pursuant to the undertaking given. 2.

The Registrar (Judicial­I), High Court, Bombay shall accept the amount of Rs. 75,000/­ in the present proceedings.
