After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, Mr. Nikam, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application. Leave granted.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

The Applicant is granted liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of one year, if the trial does not conclude during said period.
