In respect of the suit premises, the appellants had given an undertaking that they would vacate the suit premises by 31/10/1999. Accordingly, the premises have been vacated and possession had been handed over to the respondents. It is now stated that even the building in question is demolished. 1/2

In view of subsequent development, & the fact that the decree has been executed, nothing remains for consideration in the present Second Appeal. Second Appeal is therefore disposed of.
