After this petition was heard for some time, Mr. Aradhye, learned Counsel for the petitioners fairly states that as the construction of the foot over bridge which was sought to be objected, is completed, the petitioner intends to urge all its grievances in a fresh proceedings seeking appropriate reliefs. He hence seeks leave to withdraw this petition with such liberty. 2.
