This is a Second Appeal of original defendant raising a challenge to some findings. During the pendency of the Second Appeal, the parties being closely related to each other, have amicably settled the dispute. They have filed compromise pursis duly signed by both the parties. The parties are present before the Court who are identified by their respective counsel. Parties have agreed the settlement and they have put their signatures on the compromise pursis.
