By self operative order dated 13.03.2018 passed by Registrar, Judicial ­II, petitioner's appeal was dismissed for non­removal of office objections. Appellant seeks restoration of the appeal on the grounds stated in the application.

Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to remove all office objections within three weeks from today. If objections are not removed within this period, the appeal shall stand dismiss without further reference to the Court. 4.
