1. Ms. Dwivedi, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that by order dated 26.04.2019 Civil Application No. 1525 of 2019 was disposed of.

This Civil Application sought stay of the impugned judgment and order of the Trial Court. She submits that the entire amount of compensation i.e. Rs. 6,65,371/- along with interest as computed and directed by the Court has been deposited in the Trial Court pursuant to the above order. She submits that Civil Application No.1524 of 2019 filed by the appellant seeks condonation of delay of 52 days in filing the Appeal against the impugned judgment and award dated 30.10.2018.

For the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos.4 to 7, Civil Application stands allowed. Delay of 52 days stands condoned. Civil Application disposed of.
