The Application is filed by the Applicant who stand convicted by the Special Judge in Special POSCO Case No. 225 of 2021, for committing offence punishable under Section 302, 376-A, 376(2)(i)(j), 364 and 377 of the Indian Penal Code. We have heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and perused the Application.

The delay is stated to have occasioned, since the Applicant was required to seek assistance through the District Chaitanya
