This application is for condonation of two years 186 days delay in filing Second Appeal. On 31.8.2015 at the request of advocate for applicant, two weeks time was granted to file additional affidavit in support of Civil Application. Today, also advocate for applicant seeks some further time.

On his request, one week time is granted to file additional affidavit if any, failing wich Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.
