The above Civil Application has been filed for vacating the stay which has been granted in the year 1998 or in the alternative to expedite the hearing of the above Petition. Prima facie the case made out for vacating the stay would entail an enquiry to be conducted which is not possible whilst considering the above Civil Application. It would therefore be just and proper to place the above Petition for final hearing. The above Petition accordingly to be listed for final hearing in the week commencing 17th August 2015, to be shown on the final hearing board at the appropriate place.
