The above Civil Application has been restored by an order passed today in Civil Application No.1221 of 2015. By the above Civil Application the Applicants pray for restoration of Writ Petition No.7776 of 2012 which has stood dismissed for default on account of the nonappearance of the learned advocate on 15/10/2012 when the Petition was listed for admission. The reasons for the nonappearance of the learned advocate on the said day are mentioned in paragraph No.3 of the Civil Application. Since the Writ Petition was dismissed at the preadmission stage and prior to notice being issued , the need to issue notice to the Respondents is obviated. Hence accepting the said reasons mentioned in paragraph No.3, the above Civil Application No.602 of 2014 is allowed. Resultantly, Writ Petition No.7776 of 2012 is restored to file.
