Learned counsel for the applicant states that the coaccused has been granted bail by the Sessions Court. The applicant, therefore, intends to move before the Sessions Court for bail on the ground of parity.

In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application before the Sessions Court.

The application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly with liberty as prayed for. 4.
