1.
This petition was before the Court on 562017 and it was adjourned to 1962017. Thereafter, the writ petition appeared before this Court on 1972018. That Bench found that the petitioners and their Advocate were absent. But since the petition did not pertain to that Bench, it was made over to us. On 2912019, it was listed before us and at the request of the petitioners' Advocate, we adjourned it to 1222019. The petition has been on our board but could not be taken up for

2.
Today, we find that the petitioners and their Advocate are absent.
3.
We do not think that we can adjourn this petition which is pending from the year 2014 in this Court. It is the duty of the Advocate to come and argue whenever it is listed and called out for admission. Finding that we have accommodated the Advocate enough, so also the parties, we do not think that the writ petition can be kept pending any further. It is dismissed for want of prosecution.
4.
Adinterim/interim relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
